📦 Delivery & Handover

  • Every item is carefully checked and photographed before leaving our kitchen or being handed over to the courier/customer.

  • Once the order has been passed to the customer or their chosen courier/driver, we are unable to take responsibility for any delays, damages, or mishandling during transit.

  • Please check your order upon receiving it.

  • If arranging your own courier/driver, kindly ensure that they are aware of the proper handling required for delicate baked goods.
